At Techno Home Zambia, we value customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that you are pleased with every purchase you make. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help with returns and refunds under the following terms:

Returns

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
    • Certain products, such as bedding, personal care items, or discounted products, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or promotional conditions.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Gift cards
    • Opened or used personal care and hygiene products
    • Custom or personalized items
  3. Return Process:

    • Provide your receipt or proof of purchase when initiating the return process.
    • Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the product back.
  4. Return Shipping:

Refunds

Exchanges

Cancellation of Orders

You can cancel an order before it is shipped. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to process the cancellation. Once the order has been shipped, it will need to be returned according to the standard return process.
